Eligibility And Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable law when you use Koroam. If you create or access an account through Google, you are responsible for maintaining access to that account and for activity that occurs through it.
You agree to provide accurate information for your profile and not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
What Koroam Provides
Koroam provides a web service for discovering creator-published local routines, following creators, liking routines, and publishing your own routines using place data and related social features.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Koroam, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate law, infringe another party's rights, or include information you are not allowed to disclose.
Public Creator And Routine Content
Creator profiles and published routines are meant to be visible to other users and visitors. If you publish a routine, you understand that route details, place information, and your creator identity may be displayed publicly within the service.

You may not misuse Koroam or help others do so.

- Upload harmful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or abusive content
- Scrape, copy, mirror, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except as allowed by law
- Bypass security or access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code
- Use another person's account without permission
- Use Koroam to spam, harass, manipulate metrics, or generate fake engagement
Third-Party Services And Content
Koroam relies on third-party services including Google, Supabase, and Kakao. Your use of third-party features may also be governed by those providers' separate terms and policies.
Place details, map results, and related content may come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that third-party content is accurate, complete, current, or available.
Intellectual Property
Except for user content and third-party materials, Koroam and its related branding, software, design, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or other protected materials except as necessary to use the service as intended.
Service Availability And Disclaimers
Koroam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that routines, place information, or creator content will always be accurate or suitable for your needs.
Koroam is not travel, safety, legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, travel plans, and conduct.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend, restrict, remove content from, or terminate access to Koroam if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, or if we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using Koroam at any time.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koroam and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
Where the law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use of Koroam after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
