  • Profile data: display name, bio, creator handle, avatar
  • Routine data: title, audience, best time, stop order, place names, addresses, coordinates, category data, optional phone numbers and place links

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, operate the service, display creator pages and public routines, support social features, secure the platform, investigate abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the product.

If analytics is enabled, we also use aggregated usage information to understand traffic, page performance, and feature adoption.

Public Content And Visibility

Creator profiles and published routines are intended to be public. If you publish a routine, your display name, creator profile details, route title, and stop information may be visible to other users and visitors.

Like and follow activity may affect public counts shown in the product. Do not include sensitive personal information in public profile or routine content.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to run important parts of Koroam. These providers may process information on our behalf or directly as part of your use of their tools.

  • Google for sign-in and, if enabled, analytics
  • Supabase for authentication, database, and server-side session handling
  • Kakao for map and place-search functionality and place metadata

Cookies And Similar Technologies

Koroam uses essential cookies and related storage to maintain authenticated sessions and basic service security. Google and other providers may also use cookies or similar technologies when their features are loaded.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some account and sign-in features may not work correctly if essential cookies are blocked.

Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only when analytics is enabled in production configuration. When enabled, it may collect page-view, browser, device, and related measurement information as described by Google.

You can learn more about Google's analytics privacy controls and available opt-out tools in Google's own materials.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, protect the platform, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Public routines, creator profiles, and related records may remain in backups or archived systems for a limited period after removal or update.

International Processing

Koroam and its service providers may process or store information in countries where they or their infrastructure operate. If a transfer, outsourcing arrangement, or storage location requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will handle it as required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of the service and the data involved. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
